We are in week 1 of a brand new session and we are doing it real big this time!
I have given you lots of information.
It’s time to “Fall Back Into Fitness.” Now that school is back in session and we are getting back to a routine and finding our way back to the wonderful things we learned before summer invaded our lives…it’s time to GO HARD OR QUIT! 1. Survey cabinets and pantries and the icebox and remove trigger foods and anything high in fat, sugar and filled with things you can not pronounce!

2. Get a Lifestyle Journal(food journal) to write down what you are eating, when, why and the amounts so you can identify any patterns that will indicate over eating from stress, boredom, lonliness, anger, sadness and anything other than hunger.

3. Log on to http://www.50millionpounds.com complete a profile. You will get so much great information from that site. I am here for support and to walk the road with you….we all need a friend in this fight.

4. MOST IMPORTANT Make an appointment for a complete physical and see your doctor before you start or resume any lifestyle change that affects diet or excercise.
