Working out is not something everybody likes to do. Especially if you have to do it alone. It’s easier with the family right?

Get the family up 30 minutes earlier and do a group workout! It could be a run, it could be in the family room or the basement. Whatever you opt to do make it fun and with the family. It’s simple but it offers great benefits and physical rewards too.

Sample 30 minute family fun time workout:

5 min- Stretching

3 min- Easy walking in place.

5 min-High knees

5 min- Jumping jacks, toe touches and side bends

5 min- squats, lunges and front kicks.

2 min- cool down easy walking in place.

5 min- cool dow stretching.
