My radio career began at the age of 14 when I won a “DJ for a Day” contest in Louisville, Ky. at WLOU. I attended Tennessee State University, then worked all over from WQQK 92Q, WABD 1340am, WPXR 98.9 to KALA 105.5/88.5. In 1994, it was Cincinnati! WCIN 1480AM, then MIX 94.1, WEBN and KISS 107FM in Promotions & Marketing and Commercial Production. In 1999, I became Promotions/Marketing Director for Radio One Cincinnati. In 2001, WMOJ Mojo 94.9 and WARM 98. Since 2006, I’ve been the “Midday Motivator” Weekdays 10a-3pm and host of Community Conversations, Sunday mornings 7a-8am.
